Solvent SMART brown packing tape 48 mm × 132 m

Solvent SMART brown packing tape 48 mm × 132 m – what it is used for

Key advantages

• Solvent adhesive based on natural rubber with high adhesion,
• moisture resistance and good behavior in colder conditions,
• efficient 132 m roll limiting the number of roll changes,
• The brown variant goes well with the kraft cardboard and closes the package discreetly.

For which boxes and shipments?

The solvent variant is worth using for medium and heavier boxes, shipments stored for a long time and packaging exposed to more difficult transport conditions. The surface of the carton should be clean and dry.

When to choose solvent glue?

Choose solvent when higher adhesive strength, permanent closure or operation at a lower temperature is important. For light, standard packages under normal conditions it is an economical alternative SMART acrylic tape.

Application in business and e-commerce

The long roll helps maintain smooth packing of larger batches of orders. The tape will work well in online stores, distribution centers, wholesalers and companies sending heavier parcels.

FAQ

Does the 48×132 m tape fit any dispenser?

Due to the long winding, the roll is larger than the standard one. Before purchasing, check whether the dispenser supports 48-50 mm tapes up to 132 m long.

Is solvent suitable for a colder warehouse?

Yes, natural rubber based adhesive is selected for more demanding conditions, including lower temperatures, than typical acrylic.

Why choose a 132 m roll?

The long roll means fewer breaks to change the roll and is advantageous when large numbers of cartons are packed.
