The process begins by defining the type of bag, the quantity, the intended use, and the desired visual effect. We then select the appropriate material, handle type, and printing technology, review the design, and establish the production terms. This structured approach ensures that the client knows exactly what information is required and what happens to their order before the finished bags are shipped.
You specify the type of bag, format, paper color, handle type, intended quantity, purpose, and desired deadline.
We help you choose the model, paper type, basis weight, and handle best suited to the weight of your product, how it will be used, and the desired look.
You provide your logo, artwork, or a finished print design. Vector files are ideal, as they ensure the best quality.
We review the design, print area, and quantity, then select the appropriate printing method—digital, screen printing, flexography, or offset.
We adapt the design to the print area of the chosen bag. You review the placement of the graphics, the content, and the color scheme.
Once approved, we begin printing on pre-made bags or proceed with full-scale production according to the agreed-upon design, format, and material.
We check print quality, color accuracy, bag construction, handle attachment, and compliance with the approved specification.
We pack the finished bags in bulk and prepare them for transport according to the agreed-upon delivery or collection method.
Specify the type of bag, approximate format, color, quantity, intended use, number of print colors, and your required deadline. Include your logo or design if available. If you are unsure about any of the parameters, describe the product to be packed, and we will help you select the right option.
